- The reservation request must be filled out as follows: name, surname and address of the applicant, together with telephone number (home and mobile).
- At the time of booking, a deposit of € 100.00 will be required, which must be paid by bank transfer or postal order, to the current account that will be communicated by us at the time of booking.
- The deposit is retained by the campsite: in full if the cancellation of the reservation occurs within 30 days prior to the arrival date; 50% if the cancellation occurs up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- The pitch number will be assigned at the discretion of the Management.
- The pitches are available after 12.00 on the day of arrival, and we inform customers that from 14.00 to 16.00 we observe the silence hours, therefore the vehicles must not circulate.
- Pitches must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- In case of failure to arrive by 10.00 am the following day (the expected day of arrival) without notification, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
- From 07.06 to 06.09 a minimum presence of 2 people per pitch will be counted.
- Electric cooking plates are not allowed.
- The electricity connection is 6A. You need a 20 meter long cable and an industrial socket compliant with CEI.

BUNGALOWS BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The booking request must be filled in as following: name, surname, address of the person requesting the booking, along with home and mobile phone numbers.
- We kindly ask our guests to pay a deposit of 1/3 of the total cost of the stay, to be paid into our current account by bank transfer or postal order. Our bank and account details will be given at the time of the booking.
- The deposit will be kept by the management as follows: the entire amount, should the booking be cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival; 50% if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
- The bungalows are available after 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure they must be left free by 9.30 a.m.
- Should guests not arrive by 10.00 a.m. the following day (of expected day of arrival) without any communication, the booking will be considered cancelled.
- Should arrival be delayed or departure anticipated, guests will have to pay the full price as stipulated at time of the booking.
- Safety deposit: at the beginning of the stay, after the equipment available has been checked, we kindly ask our guests to pay a safety deposit of € 100,00 for any eventual damage during their stay. The deposit will be returned after an allover check at the end of the stay shows nothing has been damaged or broken.
- Should the accommodation not be left clean and tidy, as it was when guests moved in, a surplus charge for cleaning will be requested.
- The price includes: water, gas, electricity, 1 car parking, beds linen and blankets with weekly change, and final cleaning.
- The bungalows Mare have parking 200 meters away.

Reservations
Reservations are open. These are made in writing and require the payment of a deposit that must be received by bank transfer. If the terms are not respected, the reservation request will be canceled.
The balance must be paid at least 1 day before departure in cash or by debit card. The reservation involves the payment of the stay calculated based on the entire confirmed period, even in the case of late arrival (to be communicated promptly to avoid canceling the reservation) or early departure.
