CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A PLOT

• The booking request must be filled in as following: name, surname, address of the person requesting the booking, along with home and mobile phone numbers.
• Guests are kindly requested to pay a deposit of € 100,00 into our current account by bank transfer or postal order. Our bank and account details will be given at the time of the booking.
• The deposit will be kept by the management as follows: the entire amount, should the booking be cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival, and 50% if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
• The number of the pitch will be assigned by the Management.
• The plots are available after 12.00 a.m. on the day of arrival and we wish to inform our guests that there must be no noise, not even car engines, between 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m.
• The plots must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
• Should guests not arrive by 10.00 a.m. the following day (of expected day of arrival) without any communication, the booking will be considered cancelled.
• From 18.05 till 07.09 we calculate min. 2 people per plot.

Bungalow prices per night

The bungalows are equipped with: crockery, blankets and sheets, with free weekly change, and the consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning and parking for a car are included.

Not included: kitchen linen, towels, hairdryer.

Dogs are welcome, we apply the cost of extra cleaning of €25.00 per week.

Stay  from 4.30pm on the day of arrival until 9.30am on the day of departure.

Our stays include arrivals and/or departures on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A BUNGALOW

• The booking request must be filled in as following: name, surname, address of the person requesting the booking, along with home and mobile phone numbers.
• We kindly ask our guests to pay a deposit of 1/3 of the total cost of the stay, to be paid into our current account by bank transfer or postal order. Our bank and account details will be given at the time of the booking.
• The deposit will be kept by the management as follows:
  • the entire amount, should the booking be cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival;
  • 50% if the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
• The bungalows are available after 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure they must be left free by 9.30 a.m.
• Should guests not arrive by 10.00 a.m. the following day (of expected day of arrival) without any communication, the booking will be considered cancelled.
• Should arrival be delayed or departure anticipated, guests will have to pay the full price as stipulated at time of the booking.
• Safety deposit: at the beginning of the stay, after the equipment available has been checked, we kindly ask our guests to pay a safety deposit of € 100,00 for any eventual damage during their stay. The deposit will be returned after an allover check at the end of the stay shows nothing has been damaged or broken.
• Should the accommodation not be left clean and tidy, as it was when guests moved in, a surplus charge for cleaning will be requested.
• The price includes: water, gas, electricity, 1 car parking, beds linen and blankets with weekly change, and final cleaning.

Coco Sweet prices per night

Coco Sweet are equipped with: crockery, blankets and sheets, with free weekly change, and the consumption of electricity, water, gas, final cleaning and parking for a car are included.

Not included: kitchen linen, towels, hairdryer.
